Experience, Expertise & Exceptional Service...
The THOMSON Advantage®
These are just some of the many steps we take in properly marketing your home:
The THOMSON Advantage Royal LePage 'For Sale' Sign Simply the best way to get noticed by buyers already looking to live in your neighbourhood. Our Royal LePage 'For Sale' sign is recognized by buyers and agents alike as the sign of a professional approach to selling your home. Our signature highly reflective sign (the first in Canada & 100% visible sign at night to oncoming headlights) embossed with our names and our office telephone number is designed to invite further inquiry into the sale of your home from buyers.
Photography You've heard the saying "Pictures speak a thousand words". Well this was never more true than in Real Estate. Selling our home is probably the most important business transaction most of us will ever make, and everything starts with the pictures. Because the Internet is the most important factor in a buyers decision to see your home or not, great photographs are crucial. When you list your home with us, multiple interior and exterior digital colour photographs are used in all of our marketing to highlight the selling attributes of your home, it's features and upgrades.
Feature Sheets It is important to put your home's best foot forward once a buyer has decided to view your home in person. We use experienced graphic designers who, using the latest software, create gorgeous full colour feature booklets for your property. Often buyers see more than one property in a day and providing the best visual reference of your home after they have seen it is important to keeping your home first in their mind when it comes time to make an offer.
Virtual Tours Our virtual tours allow buyers to view a professional photo tour complete with animation, music, text and colour photographs that will showcase your property to attract the right buyers. Also our lead router instant paging enables online homebuyers to receive a rapid response to an inquiry they may have. In today's market, you can't afford to miss speaking to a potential buyer.
Floor Plans Accurate floor plans can reflect the true value of a home, it definitely help the home selling process to be able to provide prospective buyers with how much square footage is in your home and how it is configured so they can imagine their furniture placement. Every corner, window, high ceiling, stair riser, counter and sill height is taken into account for accuracy. We use a professional measuring company that uses MeasuringBoard technology to measure your property and produce laser-sharp CAD floor plans. Plans are produced in a digital file (PDF) which is then linked to our website and printed on-line. Full page copies of these files are also included in your homes feature sheets.
Public & Agent Open Houses Open housing is optional. It is not necessary to have an open house in order to sell your home, but it can often speed up finding a buyer, or aid in bringing multiple offers. There are pros and cons to hosting an open house. The upside is that you don't have to be there to act as a guide, we will be there to do that. The downside is that you might have a series of open houses over a few weeks, requiring you to make plans to be elsewhere during that period. The choice is always yours whether to have Open House. We will work them as you wish.
Showings When an agent has a client who is interested in your home, they will first call to make an appointment through our Royal LePage appointment centre. Co-ordinating showings for the Royal LePage offices across town, this can take the stress out of booking showings with you, for potential buyers and their agents. The easier your home is to show the more showings and buyers will come to see it. Sometimes you may just have time for the last-minute tidying. Of course, you can say no if the prospective buyer wishes to come at an inconvenient time. It is always best to leave your home during a showing to provide maximum comfort to the prospective buyer in viewing your home. However, it is not compulsary to do so. Afterwards we contact the buyer agents who have showed your home so we can provide valuable feedback to you on potential buyers comments.
Networking Our Oakville network of over 250 of the most highly trained and award-winning agents in the business will work together to sell your home from 3 full-time professionally staffed publicly accessible offices. Corporate ownership coupled with financial strength and stability, makes Royal LePage Canada's most trusted name in real estate. Peace of mind is knowing that when you need us we are there!
