   Bronte Harbour Club suites floor plans range from the one bedroom 700 SF ‘Shipwatch’ model to the two bedroom & den 1,428 SF ‘Bluenose’ model. Popular models names include Admiralty, Clipper, Brigantine & Flagship. Models and suite numbers do not necessarily match from floor to floor as the overall number of suites and configuration changes on each level. (Level 1-24; Levels 2,3,4-32; Level 5-28; Level 6-24; Level 7-20; Level 8-16)
 
Outdoors
   The rear courtyard has spacious gardens, a large gazebo and patio area to relax in. The highlight is the indoor heated swimming pool and whirlpool. There is the ‘Schooner Room’ that may also be booked for private gatherings. Social events are frequent and newcomers are always welcome.
 
Parking
   Parking spaces for residents are secure underground. Visitors park above ground on the east side of the building. Suites do not necessarily come with a parking space or locker, owned or assigned. A bicycle storage rack is nearby to the underground parking elevators. A Recycling Room is conveniently located on the way to and from the parking garage.
 
Pets
    As stated in the Declaration, no dogs, with the exception of guide dogs or service animals, identified as such, are permitted on the property. Only 2 cats or small birds; and small fish may be kept as pets in a unit. Dogs present before the 2006 rule change are grandfathered in until their passing.
 
Security
   Security is provided from a 24 hour lobby concierge through a call system, by video cameras and security access cards. Each suite also has an emergency communication system and smoke detectors.
 
CONDO FEES
   The monthly condo fee include:  24 hour concierge/security, water, heat, common element maintenance and insurance. Each suite pays its own hydro, cable tv, internet, telephone & property taxes. Suite owners are responsible for the repair and maintenance of their own heating/cooling fan coil units. These units are inspected twice annually by the condominium. Exterior window washing is also regularly scheduled by the condominium.
 
   Services such as housekeeping, in-suite maintenance, or medical services are not provided. It is the responsibility of the residents and their family to arrange such personal services if and when needed.
 
Management Overview
   Brookfield Condominium Services Ltd., a Brookfield Asset Management company, is the largest condominium property management company in Ontario, managing over 67,000 condominium units. The on-site property management office for Brookfield is found on the ground level just inside the concierge doorway entrance to the right side.
