Outdoors
   There are lovely flowering gardens to be enjoyed in summertime and Bronte harbours marina, shops and restaurants are a short stroll.

Recreation Centre
   Facilities at Ennisclare include a squash court, an outdoor tennis court, an exercise room, Men's and Women's separate change rooms and saunas, a billiard room, a woodworking shop, a ceramics room, a gardening room and a golf driving range. The highlight is the spectacular indoor heated swimming pool beneath skylights. The Centre is connected to the two residential towers by underground, lighted hallways. Social events are frequent and include theatre outings, a golf tournament, a barbecue and card clubs. There is a Party Room with kitchen and bar that may also be booked for gatherings.

Parking
   All suites own at least one parking space in the secure parking area under each building. A bicycle rack is adjacent to the guest parking area at the rear of the 2185 building near the 2175 front door. There is a room where bicycles are kept. A Recycling Room is conveniently located on the way to and from the parking garage. Each suite also has a locker in the lower level where excess items can be stored.

Pets
    As stated in the Declaration, no dogs, with the exception of guide dogs or service animals, identified as such, are permitted on the property. Only cats, small birds and fish may be kept as pets in a unit.
 
Security
   Security is provided from a lobby and backdoor call system, by video cameras and security access cards. Each suite also has an emergency communication system and smoke detectors. A Superintendent resides on-site in each of the two Ennisclare towers.

Administration
   The two towers of Ennisclare On the Lake are administered by the same condominium corporations, HCC 83. The expenses are shared for joint facilities such as the sports and fitness facilities, the gardens and security.

CONDO FEES
   The monthly condo fee covers everything except property taxes, telephone and internet. Services included in the fee are:  heat, hydro, water, air conditioning, cable TV, swimming pool, fitness rooms, security, gardens and snow removal. Each suite has individual control of heating and air conditioning. Suite owners are responsible for their own heating/cooling in-suite units.

   The corporation has its own Board of Directors supported by committees - all volunteers. Day-to-day management is contracted to a professional management company with on-site offices and personnel.

   Services such as housekeeping, in-suite maintenance, or medical services are not provided. It is the responsibility of the residents and their family to arrange such personal services if and when needed.

   Brookfield Condominium Services Ltd., a Brookfield Asset Management company, is the largest condominium property management company in Ontario, managing over 67,000 condominium units. The on-site property management office is found on the lower level just outside the doorway entrance to the pool on the 2185 Marine Drive tower side.
